Dear Ballet Guild Students and Parents,
Due to the closure of all Pennsylvania public schools by the Governor, the Ballet Guild will follow the recommendation of the State and close the ballet studio effective Saturday, March 14 through Saturday, March 28. There will be no classes or rehearsals during this time. We will update everyone regarding resuming classes and rehearsals as this situation progresses, and will offer make-up classes to those who are interested. At this time we are fully committed to proceeding with the “Peter Pan” ballet on May 29th and 30th. Zoellner box office remains open for reservation of voucher seats and sales. Please do not hesitate to contact the office with any questions or concerns.

Dear Ballet Guild Students and Parents,
As concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) increase, the Ballet Guild board and staff would like to update you on how we are planning to approach this public health issue. We are following updates from the Bethlehem Area School District as well as the CDC. It is our priority to keep all students safe and healthy.
We would like to repeat the recommended measures that health agencies are suggesting:
The Ballet Guild is increasing its normal cleaning procedures to keep our facilities and equipment as free from germs as possible. Encouraging your children to wash hands before and after classes and rehearsals will help us greatly.
At this time the Ballet Guild is continuing its normal class and rehearsal schedule. If classes do need to be cancelled, we will communicate an adjusted schedule as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to keep our students safe and healthy.
Please feel free to contact the office with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
The Ballet Guild Board of Directors, Artistic Director, and Staff
