Dancer Scholarship Auditions, Ages 7 & Up – Sunday, April 21, 2013

Open to dancers from all areas and all dance schools.

Audition times by age:

Ages 7-9, 12:30-1:45 pm

Ages 10-12, 1:45-3:00 pm

Ages 13 & up, 3:45-5:00 pm

The audition will consist of a full ballet class, taught by Angela Whitehill, distinguished teacher of dance and founding Artistic Director of Burklyn Ballet Theatre. Applicants should wear proper dance attire, and arrive with a parent or guardian at least 15 minutes before scheduled time to fill out the audition form.  Students on pointe should bring pointe shoes, but not put them on until instructed by teacher.  The audition fee is $20.00.  Call for information, 610-865-0353.

The Marjorie Berlin Fink Merit Scholarship Auditions, the sixth annual, are named to honor the legacy of Miss Fink, the founder of the Ballet Guild in 1958.
