Honorary Board Member Violette Verdy
has been named a Chevalier (Knight) of the National Order of the Legion of Honor, France's highest decoration.
She was nominated by Dominique Delouche, producer of the 2001 documentary titled "Violette et Mr. B." She received her medal in a ceremony in France in June 2009.

Moving Words Outreach Program

A free one-hour interactive program targeting pre-kindergarten through elementary-level children - given in the classroom during the school year and to community groups in the summer.
